At the end of 2020, L’Antiga Carnisseria was born with the mission of offering Borriol a unique proposal in meat products.
Since its foundation, our project emerged with the intention of filling a gap in the local market. Since then, we have been committed to providing variety and innovation in the field of butchery, thus marking our contribution to the gastronomic scene of Borriol and Castellón.
At L’Antiga Carnisseria, we offer freshly cut meat and charcuterie services. While we maintain traditional cuts, we stand out for our innovation by introducing a unique variety of prepared products.
Among our star products are homemade burgers and sausages, as well as local specialties such as carob burgers, goat cheese with carob, and sausages with ‘olives trencades’.
We are constantly seeking creative ways to enhance and diversify our range of meat products. From introducing unique preparations to incorporating local specialties.

We have successfully eliminated sulfites in 80% of our products, showcasing our commitment to the quality of all our offerings. This initiative reflects our dedication to providing healthier and more natural options.
